Eliud Mugendi is a Natural Resources & Environmental Economist and Blue Economist dedicated to advocating for nature conservation and sustainable development. With experience in research, capacity building, mentoring, and teaching, he is committed to leveraging his expertise and skills to empower youth and catalyze positive change across the world.

Eliud holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural and Natural Resources Economics and Business and is a final-year candidate in the Master of Philosophy program in Blue Economy, Governance, and Social Resilience.

He serves as an entrepreneur and ocean leaders Mentor at Sustainable Ocean Alliance (SOA) Global Mentor Network, he is a Global Youth Ambassador Cohort 2024 - a program aiming to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4: Inclusive and equitable education for all; and works as a Project and Risk Management and Renewable Energy Tutor at PATHS University of Africa.

In his spare time, Eliud enjoys reading and eco-writing. He is passionate about the beauty of nature and its role in promoting national economic development while maintaining its health

Rebecca is an environmental activist who utilizes poetry to raise awareness about pressing environmental issues. With a proven track record of success in poetry competitions, including the Pan African Youth Conference in Kigali and the National Students Anti-Corruption Challenge, her creative expressions serve as a powerful catalyst for change. With a background in Records and Information Management, Rebecca brings a keen eye for detail and organizational skills to her environmental advocacy work. Her experience as a Records Officer at Soroti District Local Government has equipped her with valuable insights into administrative processes and governance. Driven by her passion for sustainability, Rebecca co-founded the African Youth Leadership in Environmental Action. In her role as an Environmental Activist, she continues to inspire action and mobilize communities towards a greener, more sustainable future.

A Nutritionist and Dietitian, currently residing in Kampala-Uganda, passionate about environmental conservation for healthy ecosystems serving as Executive Director at African Youth Leadership in Environmental Action (AYLEA), a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young Africans to take leadership roles in environmental conservation, sustainability, and climate action across the continent. My professional career is fully dedicated to equipping fellow youth with skills and knowledge to address pressing environmental challenges and promote positive change in their local communities.

I love traveling, making new friends, leading books, watching documentaries on health and wellness and the environment.

Kornelia is a proficient marketer and environmental advocate who operates within the business sector to promote sustainability objectives. She obtained her Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. As a project and program coordinator for African Youth in Environmental Action, Kornelia utilizes her marketing expertise to drive eco-friendly initiatives. Kornelia's approach to promoting sustainability through marketing strategies has proven to be effective and serves as an inspiration to many aspiring marketers and environmentalists.

Kornelia's dedication to sustainability extends beyond her work as a project and program coordinator. She is also actively involved in community outreach programs, educating individuals on the importance of eco-friendly practices. Kornelia believes that everyone has a role to play in protecting the environment, and she works tirelessly to inspire others to take action. 

Nenritmwa is an accomplished lawyer and climate advocate committed to the fight against climate change and energy poverty in Africa, her blend of profession and passion places her at the intersection between energy access and environmental protection. She is a believer in self-development and capacity building as means to holistically provide effective and efficient solutions to the challenges of development.

Abarimo John Robert is a business administration graduate from kyambogo University in Uganda and a diploma in procurement and chain management with wide knowledge in management from a chain of International credible companies like MTN, Equity bank etc and having much bigger passion in Environmental matters.

Miss Chiramba is a passionate environmental activist and youth empowerment advocate. Serving as the Co-Founder and Projects Manager of The YPCJ Africa, she drives initiatives for positive change. She leverages her expertise to promote sustainability. She has numerous certifications for leadership under the UN and the MCN, and is also dedicated to female empowerment under the Sisters Accord Foundation (UZ) and currently pursues her legal education at the University of Zimbabwe for her LLBS Law degree, blending her diverse skill set to create a lasting impact.

He serves as director for Communication at AYLEA . He is founder and content creator Rotaract online TV.
